Decorated Christmas tree

You need a nice and easy card for one of your christmas gifts , or you just want something easy to mass produce to have around your family christmas card's
This card was really easy to put together,
The card is half an letter size card stock,
The Christmas tree is the biggest of the Christmas Tree NESTED Die-Lights
The tree it self is cut from Doodlebug sugar coated cardstock and decorated with Crystals - clear iridescent  , Halfpearls - Snowwhite and Pearl Brads - White Basics up in the corner I have used stamps from the French Vintage Postmarks stamp set and added a Norwegian stamp that says Merry Christmas .

A new Christmas card, if you haven't started your christmas cards and tags yet it's time to say goodbye to summer and get started on those..

Maya is coloured with Copic Markers and Ciao... 

and I think the papers is Maya design (I have the pad downstairs please correct me if I'm wrong..)

Final piece for the advent callendar ♥

This will be one for under neath the tree, the last one was for my friends birthday. And I have started wrapping up the gifts and sent my friend a sneak by mail.. 

You might say oh how organized you are so early with these things.. 

but actually no.. we, my bestie and I live so far apart that sometimes most often meet once or twice a year.. so when we get the chance to meet up I want to be sure it's all in place so I don't have to just throw the stuff together.. Because this just can't be shipped in the mail..

Winter card ♥

All though it's far from winter here (barely autumn some days) I still got in the mood to play with my gorgeous new stamps. These are from last Christmas collection at Whiff of Joy but so cute and pretty.
And I needed a couple of cards to go with the Calendar tags from the last two posts...To make the snow I used glitter + liquid pearl easy as can be but you need to be patient and give it the drying time it needs..

I was surfing the web a few days ago and I don't remember where but I shortly scrolled by a image with a purple background. So that was all that was needed that day to boost my inspiration.. 

I found this image and thought it would be perfect for the purple background

 as she was standing in a dark room...

Kind of Sepia, kind of Vintage

So I wanted to try colouring a kind of sepia looking image and this I believe is a first time I've done one so I pulled out all my browns and this is what I came up with, I'm sure you've seen way better ones but everyone's got to start somewhere..

The papers I found at a craft store where they sell a bit of scrapbook too and kind of the only purchase I've done this year other than some Whiff of Joy stuff (ok and a ezmount but that don't count..I needed that to use my stamps) And along with a stamp which has not been used yet...

Let's see if i get around to it this year.. I think the pas was by Sorento..

Leftovers..

Today is my monthly blog posting over at Whiff of Joy  and this time I'm scrapping with my leftovers..

Which can often be a challenge as you mostly want to try out your new stuff!

So what I did was finding lots of leftover diecuts and stuff + some paper cut off's and had no idea what it would turn into when I was done..

as you can see by my card underneath not every little bit made the final cut but much of what I started with I used.. I was in a pink and white mood  and wanted to make something sweet..

And here is my finished project . It was really fun ♥

II can't believe it's mid August already, Monday Amanda will be back at school and it's not easy getting her to bed early after almost two months of Vacation... 

Hopefully we have some great summer days left before fall takes over..

For my card this time I chose to use a colour mist instead of background papers.. 

Gave it a fresh summer colour.

Another CAS card from me, actually sat down to make a few tags and ended up with a couple of cards instead and this is one of them , I'll post the other one this coming weekend.

Whiff of Joy Monthly Project Flowers

This month I was asked to do something for the monthly project at the Whiff of Joy Blog and the theme this month is Flowers. So I decided to bring out my larger flowers, I have a lot of those and they don't get used very often.. Also used my last feather had a little pack of them and unless these is one who has sneaked away  somewhere this is the last one..

I just couldn't resist...

I just couldn't resist making another card with this beautiful stamp ♥♥ So what do you think? And what card did you like the best, The shaped one or the simple one?? I originally was not going to put any patterned paper on this card because of the waterdrop stamp.. But it felt so empty , and when I layered that one paper piece I felt it all came together and it made all the difference..

I just fell in love with this stamp the second I saw it in the Whiff Of Joy Web shop.
Isn't she the cutest!?!!!
